Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or unusable. Customers must provide photos or videos of the issue. Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition. Buyer’s remorse returns may require the customer to pay return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment process.
